Article 1: Scope and Modification of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stock. Article 5: Delivery Methods and Delivery Times

For delivery in mainland France: Products are delivered to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process. - Shipping time:
All delivery times are calculated in working days. These are average times and correspond to the processing, preparation, and shipping time of your order. The delivery time must be added to this processing time. The average delivery time is 2 days for France, but it is not a guaranteed time and Wikao will be held responsible in case of delivery delay. OUR PRODUCTS HAVE A 1-YEAR WARRANTY, except for ethanol fireplaces (5 years). If any ''Wikao'' products need to be returned to us (defective or not compliant), we commit to exchange or refund them. They must be returned to our Customer Service within 14 days following delivery. Any claim made outside of this period will not be accepted. The return of the products will only be accepted if they are in their original, unused condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.).
