Article 1: Scope and Modification of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the site, Wikao reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time. In the event of modification, the general sales conditions in force on the day of the order will be applied to each order.

Article 2: Product availability

Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, while stocks last. The order validation date corresponds to : The order date for online credit card payments. Article 3: Order validation and electronic signature (French law of March 13, 2000 on electronic signatures)

Any order form signed by the consumer by "double click" constitutes an irrevocable acceptance which can only be challenged within the limits set out in the present terms and conditions of sale. The "double click", combined with the authentication and non-repudiation procedure and the protection of message integrity, constitutes an electronic signature. This electronic signature has the same value between the parties as a handwritten signature.

Article 4: Terms of payment and security

- By credit card :
Cards accepted by Wikao are cards bearing the initials CB, VISA, and EUROCARD/MASTERCARD. Credit card payments are SSL-secured.

- By cheque :
Send your cheque to the following address: Wikao Place Edmond REGNAULT 26000 Valence. The order will be dispatched 48 hours after the cheque has cleared.

Article 5: Delivery terms and deadlines

For delivery in mainland France: Products are delivered to the delivery address you gave us during the order process. -Delivery time :
All lead times are calculated in working days. These are average times and correspond to the time required to process, prepare and dispatch your order. To this must be added delivery time. The average delivery time is 2 days for France, but this does not constitute a strict deadline Wikao may be held responsible for any delay in delivery. Please note: if you choose to pay by cheque, the order will only be processed on receipt of the cheque and delivery times will be calculated accordingly. All items in stock are dispatched within 3 days. Your parcel, prepared by us, will be delivered within 48 hours to the post office or to a private carrier, who will transport it within 2 to 3 days. We remind you that delivery is always made to the foot of your building or home.

Article 6: Warranty

OUR PRODUCTS ARE GUARANTEED 1 YEAR except for ethanol fireplaces which are guaranteed 5 years (paint defects due to use are excluded). The cost of returning products requiring inspection is borne by the customer.

They must be returned to our Customer Service within 14 days of delivery. Any claim made outside this period will not be accepted. Article 9: Payments by Alma

Alma's credit service is offered for the settlement of purchases and the execution of payment, provided that the person purchasing the good or service through Alma ("Buyer") accepts the contract for payment in installments or deferred payment.

Fees may be charged by Alma.

Any refusal by Alma to grant payment in instalments or deferred payment may result in the nullity of the contract for the purchase of the goods or services ("GCS"), unless the Buyer agrees to pay the amount of the purchase in cash.

In the event of termination of the General Terms and Conditions, the contract for payment in instalments or deferred payment will be terminated ipso jure.

In the event of retraction of the payment in instalments or deferred payment solution used for your payment, the GCS will be terminated by operation of law, unless you pay the amount of your purchase in cash through Alma. If the product has already been shipped to you, you must return it within the maximum period stipulated in these GTC.

The amount is partly paid by a loan granted by Alma SAS, a payment and finance company approved by the ACPR under no. 17408 - CIB code.

In accordance with article L.312-50 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of payment in several instalments, including the payment of a deposit, the buyer is provided with a receipt on paper or any other durable medium valid as a receipt and containing the full reproduction of the provisions below (articles L. 312-52, L. 312-53 and L. 341-10 of the French Consumer Code):

Article L312-52: The contract of sale or provision of services is automatically terminated without compensation:

1° If the lender has not, within seven days of the borrower's acceptance of the credit agreement, informed the seller of the granting of credit ;

2° Or if the borrower has exercised his right of withdrawal within the period stipulated in article L. 312-19.

However, where the borrower expressly requests immediate delivery or provision of the goods or services, exercise of the right of withdrawal from the credit agreement shall not automatically terminate the contract of sale or provision of services unless it occurs within three days of acceptance of the credit agreement by the borrower. The contract is not rescinded if the purchaser pays cash before the expiry of the time limits mentioned in the present article.

Article L312-53: In the event of termination of a sales or service contract as provided for in article L. 312-52, the seller or service provider shall reimburse, upon simple request, any sums paid in advance by the buyer.

Article L341-10: In the event of termination of the sales or service contract provided for in article L. 312-53, from the eighth day following the request for reimbursement of any sum paid in advance by the buyer, this sum shall automatically bear interest at the legal interest rate plus half.
