Warnings

Your decorative logs are placed near the hottest part of your ethanol fireplace. It is therefore essential to follow these safety instructions:

A/ Never touch the logs while the burner is in operation. They can become very hot and cause burns.

B/ Do not add or remove logs while the burner is in use. Never use real wood in or immediately near the burner.

C/ Do not place any objects on the burner or in a location where they could come into direct contact with the flame. An object that could deflect the flame may interfere with the burner’s operation.

Similarly, never blow on a burner while it is operating.

For your safety, also avoid using conventional matches or lighters: they are not long enough to allow for safe remote ignition. Use only a safety lighter designed for ethanol fireplaces.
